Oklin’s GG30s – A larger version of the GG10s. With a capacity to process 30 tonnes of food waste per year (75-90 kg per day) the machine would be appropriate for managed residential buildings, restaurants and smaller food manufacturers.
The GG30s requires a three-phase electrical supply and ventilation, similar to the GG10s. If a deodoriser is necessary, a larger one is supplied to cope with the increased capacity. A color touch screen controller allows for easy operation and control. The display reports real time humidity levels, oil jacket and tank temperatures.
Oklin’s innovative technology allows for an automated and odorless composting process. Utilizing our proprietary microbes and heat, food waste is transformed to nutrient-rich soil in only 24 hours. The one-touch control is fully automatic, sensing composting status and providing feedback and control to the operation without pre-setting a timer.
