One of the highlights of this year’s event is that all food waste will be processed by the Oklin GG10s composting machine, transforming it into organic fertilizer for the plants in the hotel’s Green House. This process not only helps reduce waste but also gives food scraps a new life, diverting them from landfills and contributing to a more sustainable cycle.
