Sedona Suites Ho Chi Minh City by Keppel | Growing Sustainability From the Inside Out

A Green Journey Rooted in People and Purpose

At ECO Solutions Vietnam, we believe that true sustainability begins within through thoughtful actions, consistent leadership, and a shared vision. One of our most inspiring partners on this journey has been Sedona Suites Ho Chi Minh City by Keppel, a hospitality brand that doesn’t just talk about sustainability they live it.

Our partnership began with a simple but powerful act: planting an eco-garden at Sedona’s staff canteen using compost made from recycled food waste. What started as a green corner soon evolved into a thriving ecosystem of care, community, and environmental consciousness.

Beyond the Compost Bin: Turning Vision into Action

Sustainability at Sedona Suites is not a box to be ticked. It’s a lived experience one that runs deep through every level of their operations.

Led by Mr. Albert Lafuente (General Manager), Mr. Le Phuong (Executive Chef), and with ongoing support from Ms. Luong Huyen (Co-founder & CEO of ECO Solutions), the Sedona team has turned routine activities into meaningful green milestones.

✔ They launched a food waste reduction campaign as part of their ESG program.
✔ They hosted tree-planting and composting workshops, engaging staff hands-on.
✔ They fostered a culture of responsibility, where even the smallest action is valued.

This wasn’t just a campaign. It was a transformation from within where every member of staff became part of something greater.

Creating Impact, One Seed at a Time

Together, we’ve:

✔ Turned food scraps into fertile soil
✔ Grown vegetables from compost made right on-site
✔ Sparked conversations about environmental responsibility
✔ Created a workplace culture where sustainability becomes second nature

More than just planting trees, Sedona Suites is planting ideas about how hotels and businesses can become leaders in circular thinking, not just through policy, but through daily practice.

Hospitality Reimagined Through ESG

During a recent Sedona Day employee engagement program, Ms. Luong Huyen shared insights on the role of food waste management not just as a technical solution, but as a catalyst for behavioral change from composting to gardening, and from operations to values.

As Sedona Suites continues to integrate ESG deeply into its culture, ECO Solutions is proud to walk beside them providing the tools, technology, and strategy to turn green intentions into reality.

A Message to Sedona Suites

To the entire team at Sedona Suites Ho Chi Minh City by Keppel, thank you for your vision, energy, and dedication. You’ve shown that:

When a hotel chooses to act—not just with policy, but with people sustainability becomes culture.

If your business is ready to grow a greener future, ECO Solutions Vietnam is here to help from compost bins to eco-gardens, from team workshops to circular action plans. Let’s build your sustainability story from the inside out.
