Alex grew up in Korea when public information campaigns on environmental issues were heavily rolled out. Then, in China, her first expatriate experience after university, Alex witnessed how developing countries required public awareness and strong leadership to prevent or limit pollution. While an instructor at Ping Xiang College in Jiangxi Province, she formed an Environment Club to create campaigns and develop environmental education efforts. After going through many countries like Turkey, Thailand, Singapore, Canada, and finally Vietnam, Alex was touched by the country’s beauty. She realized it is exposed to a huge amount of pollution caused by waste, unfortunately.
Seeing so much waste creation in most work places, she was involved in plastic recycling herself while working for ACC clinic, a member of FV group. As she joined Eco Solutions, she saw it as the perfect opportunity to get proactively involve and to assist many businesses and households to contribute to maintain and protecting Vietnam’s beauty.
